Returns & Refunds

The products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If, nevertheless, the goods should be faulty or damaged we apologise and kindly ask you to return them so that we can immediately provide a substitute.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the goods have been delivered to you. You must return the goods in the same condition as they arrived at your cost, for the full refund of the product cost.
