All orders are dispatched to you as quickly as possible. UK standard delivery is £4.00. We aim to dispatch our products to you within three to five working days of receiving your order. Allow a further 2-5 days before expecting to receive your parcel. Please provide your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you regarding delivery. Goods are not dispatched over weekends or public holidays.

International Deliveries
When placing your order, please provide a contact number otherwise this could delay the dispatch of your order. International orders are shipped via courier to the destination country and shipping charges depend on the country. This is a tracked service and if you have not received your tracking number, please do let us know. Within Europe, orders normally arrive within 5-7 working days and to the rest of the world anywhere between one and two weeks. Parcels may be delayed further by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Changing Your Order
We regret that we are unable to cancel or change an order if it has already been processed.

Stripe provides exceptionally high levels of online and physical security to ensure that sensitive information is never compromised. This means that our website is safe and secure and your card details cannot be obtained by anyone else. Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering products directly from our website. Pommade Divine Skincare Limited reserves the right to retain products until the transaction has been confirmed by the appropriate card service provider. All products remain the property of Pommade Divine Skincare Limited until payment is cleared.
